At the final votes of the spring 1985 session, the National Council approved the draft federal decree on international monetary measures unanimously, adopted the fuel-duty act by 149 votes to 4, adopted the related federal decree on fuel-duty differentiation by 146 votes to 4, and approved Switzerland's accession to EUTELSAT unanimously. Präsident: Wir müssen heute erneut von einem Ratsmitglied Abschied nehmen. Frau Ruth Mascarin, die dem Nationalrat seit 1979 angehört, hat sich entschlossen, ihr Nationalrats- mandat aufzugeben. Während ihrer fünfeinhalbjährigen Ratstätigkeit hat sie sich mit viel Engagement und Ernsthaf- tigkeit vorwiegend mit Frauen- und Menschenrechtsfragen sowie mit Fragen der Sozialversicherung und des Umwelt- schutzes auseinandergesetzt. Im Namen des Rates danke ich Frau Mascarin für ihren Einsatz und wünsche ihr viel Glück und Befriedigung für die Zukunft. (Beifall)
Wir stehen am Ende einer reichbefrachteten Session. Dank Ihrer Bereitschaft, bei fünf wichtigen Geschäften die Eintre- tensdebatten zu beschränken, ist es uns gelungen, ein aus- serordentlich grosses Programm zu bewältigen. Wir sind zwar noch nicht am Ende des Tunnels, aber wenn wir so fortfahren, besteht begründete Hoffnung, dass wir dorthin gelangen. Fast als Kuriosität darf ich Ihnen noch mitteilen, dass wir in dieser Session mehr persönliche Vorstösse erle- digt haben, als neue eingegangen sind. (Beifall) Selbstver- ständlich macht aber auch hier eine Schwalbe noch keinen Sommer.
Ich wünsche Ihnen eine gute Heimkehr und erkläre Sitzung und Session als geschlossen.
