L'Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse,
vu le message du Conseil fédéral du 31 octobre 19841), arrête:
Article premier
1 Un crédit d'ouvrage de 32 700 000 francs est ouvert pour la rénovation totale de l'entrepôt d'alcool de Delémont.
2 Ce montant est porté au débit du compte de la Régie des alcools.
Art. 2
Le présent arrêté, n'étant pas de portée générale, n'est pas soumis au référendum.
