The Federal Assembly adopted a federal decree approving the 1982 management of the Federal Council, the Federal Supreme Court, and the Federal Insurance Court. The act was based on the respective annual reports submitted to Parliament. No dispute between parties or judicial relief was involved; the sole operative result was approval of the reported management.
Federal Assembly approval of annual management reports; the decree merely records parliamentary approval of the management of the Federal Council and the federal courts for the preceding year.
