Art. 386 al. 2 CPP Statuant sur le recours interjeté le 18 février 2016 par P.________ contre l'ordonnance de non-entrée en matière rendue le 10 février 2016 par le Ministère public de l'arrondissement de l'Est vaudois dans la cause n° PE15.020668-CMS, la Chambre des recours pénale considère : E n f a i t e t e n d r o i t : 1.Par ordonnance du 10 février 2016, le Ministère public de l'arrondissement de l'Est vaudois a refusé d’entrer en matière sur la plainte de P.________ déposée le 15 octobre 2015.
2 - Par acte du 18 février 2016, P.________ a recouru auprès de la Chambre des recours pénale du Tribunal cantonal contre cette ordonnance. Un délai au 14 mars 2016 a été imparti à P.________ pour effectuer un dépôt de 550 fr. à titre de sûretés. Par écriture du 9 mars 2016, P.________ a déclaré retirer son recours. Il convient dès lors d’en prendre acte et de rayer la cause du rôle. 2.Le retrait du recours étant intervenu avant l'échéance du délai de paiement des sûretés, les frais de la procédure de recours, constitués en l'espèce du seul émolument d'arrêt, par 220 fr. (art. 422 al. 1 CPP et 20 al. 1 TFIP [Tarif des frais de procédure et indemnités en matière pénale du 28 septembre 2010; RSV 312.03.1]), seront laissés à la charge de l’Etat (art. 423 al. 1 CPP). Par ces motifs, la Chambre des recours pénale prononce : I. Il est pris acte du retrait du recours. II. La cause est rayée du rôle. III. Les frais de la procédure de recours, par 220 fr. Le présent arrêt peut faire l'objet d'un recours en matière pénale devant le Tribunal fédéral au sens des art. 78 ss LTF (loi du 17 juin 2005 sur le Tribunal fédéral – RS 173.110). Ce recours doit être déposé devant le Tribunal fédéral dans les trente jours qui suivent la notification de l'expédition complète (art. 100 al. 1
