Art. 241 al. 3 CPC Le juge délégué de la Chambre des recours civile du Tribunal cantonal prend séance pour statuer sur le recours interjeté par A.F., à Yverdon-les-Bains, requérant, contre la décision rendue le 1er novembre 2013 par le Juge de paix du district du Jura-Nord vaudois et du Gros-de-Vaud dans la cause divisant le recourant d’avec B.F., intimée, à Yverdon-les-Bains, . Statuant à huis clos, le juge délégué voit :

Il convient d’en prendre acte et de rayer la cause du rôle (art. 241 al. 3 CPC [Code de procédure civile du 19 décembre 2008, RS 272]), ce qui relève de la compétence du juge délégué de la Cour de céans (art. 43 al. 1 let. a CDPJ [Code de droit privé judiciaire vaudois du 12 janvier 2010, RSV 211.02]). 2.Le présent arrêt peut être rendu sans frais judiciaires (art. 11 TFJC [tarif du 28 septembre 2010 des frais judiciaires civils, RSV 270.11.5]). Par ces motifs, le juge délégué de la Chambre des recours civile du Tribunal cantonal, statuant à huis clos, p r o n o n c e : I. Il est pris acte du retrait du recours. II.
