2 - Le juge unique p r o n o n c e : I. Les recours AI 131/10 et AI 204/10 sont partiellement admis. II. Les décisions d’indemnité journalière rendues les 25 février 2010, 27 avril 2010 et 4 mai 2010 par l'Office de l'assurance- invalidité pour le canton de Vaud sont réformées en ce sens que l’indemnité journalière doit être calculée en fonction d’une indemnité de base de 108 fr., la réduction pour revenu durant la réadaptation étant fixée à 6 fr. 30, montant susceptible d’être recalculé une fois connu le revenu d’indépendant effectif. III. Il n'est pas perçu de frais judiciaires. IV. Une indemnité de 1'500 fr. (mille cinq cents francs), à payer à Q.________ à titre de dépens, est mise à la charge de l'Office de l'assurance-invalidité pour le canton de Vaud.
