preso atto che con scritto 12 luglio 2005 la patrocinatrice dei ricorrenti ha comunicato di recedere dall'impugnativa;

considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;

decreta:

  1. Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.

  2. Non si prelevano né tassa di giustizia né spese.
