The appellants filed a planning-law appeal against the State Council’s approval of zoning plan variants. On 28 January 2004, through counsel, they withdrew the appeal. The Tribunal of the Territorial Planning accordingly declared the proceedings exhausted, struck the appeal from the docket, and ordered that no fees or costs be levied.
Withdrawal of the appeal; the proceeding is thereby exhausted and the court strikes the case from the docket. In the absence of a substantive determination, no court fees or costs are imposed (consid. 1-2).
