RI 1, represented by RA 3, appealed against the Cantonal Government's decision concerning suspended parts of the edificable zone in the zoning plan of the municipality. On 19 November 2004, the appellant withdrew the appeal. The Tribunale della pianificazione del territorio therefore struck the case off the docket and ordered that no fees or costs be charged. Third parties PI 1 and CO 1 were notified through their representatives.

preso atto che il 19 novembre 2004 il ricorrente ha comunicato di ritirare il ricorso;
considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;
decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
