RI 1, represented by RA 1, appealed the State Council’s decision approving certain zoning-plan variants of the former municipality. la decisione 11 febbraio 2003 (n. 619) con cui il Consiglio di Stato ha approvato alcune varianti del piano regolatore del già comune di __________;
preso atto che, a seguito della risoluzione governativa 9 dicembre 2003 (n. 5407), con scritto 28 settembre 2004 il municipio ha comunicato al tribunale ad acconsentire allo stralcio del procedimento, in quanto divenuto privo d'oggetto, dando seguito allo scritto di data 24 settembre 2004 del tribunale stesso;
considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;
decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
