In an appeal against the Cantonal Government’s approval of a municipal zoning plan, the appellant withdrew the appeal at the hearing. The Tribunal of Spatial Planning therefore struck the case from the docket and decided that no court fees or expenses would be charged. The decision was issued by President Raffaello Balerna with Secretary Fiorenzo Gianinazzi.
