The appellant challenged the Cantonal Government's approval of a municipal zoning plan before the Territorial Planning Court. Before the court ruled on the merits, counsel informed the court by letter of 14 April 2003 that the appeal was withdrawn. The president therefore ordered the appeal struck from the docket and decided that no court fees or costs would be levied.
