RI 1 appealed against the State Council's approval of certain amendments to the zoning plan of PI 1. Before the tribunal ruled on the merits, the appellant informed the court on 10 January 2005 that he was withdrawing the appeal, also on behalf of the other co-litigants. The Tribunal of Territorial Planning therefore struck the appeal from the docket and ordered that no fees or expenses be levied.
