RICO1, represented by PATR1, appealed against the 9 July 2002 decision by RAPP1 establishing a planning zone for historic core areas. On 13 September 2004 the appellant withdrew the appeal. The Tribunal of territorial planning therefore held that the proceedings were exhausted, struck the case from the roll, and ordered that no fees or costs be levied.
Withdrawal of an appeal; once the appellant validly withdraws the remedy, the court must strike the proceedings from the roll and terminate the case. In such circumstances, and absent any contrary order, no court fees or costs are charged (consid. 1-2).

Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
