The Ticino Territorial Planning Court dealt with two appeals filed on 20 February 2001. Before the court decided the case, the appellants' representative informed the court in writing on 31 May 2001 that the appeals were withdrawn. The court therefore held that the matter had become moot and ordered the appeals struck out from the docket. It also decided that no fees or costs would be charged.
