In an appeal against the State Council’s approval of a zoning-plan amendment concerning the inventory of buildings outside building zones, the appellant withdrew the appeal at the hearing before the Territorial Planning Court. The court therefore held that the matter had become moot and struck the appeal from the docket. It further decided that no court fees or costs would be levied.
Withdrawal of the appeal renders the proceedings devoid of object; the court will strike the case from the docket. In such circumstances, and absent special reasons, no court fees or costs are levied.
