The Territory Planning Court of Ticino dealt with an appeal against the State Council's approval of a revision of the communal zoning plan and the detailed plans for the village cores. At the hearing on 18 September 2001, the appellant withdrew the appeal. The court therefore held that the case had become moot and struck the appeal from the docket. It also ordered that no court fees or expenses be charged.
