Résumé

The appellants challenged the State Council’s approval of a zoning-plan amendment concerning the inventory of buildings outside building zones. At the hearing, their representative withdrew the appeal. The Planning Court therefore struck the case from the register and ordered that no court fees or costs be charged.

Regest

Withdrawal of the appeal renders the proceedings moot; the court strikes the case from the roll without examining the merits. In such a situation, costs may be waived and no fees levied, absent a reason to decide otherwise (cf. consid. 1-2).
