The appellants withdrew their appeal by letter of 21 December 1998. The Territorial Planning Court held that the case had become moot and ordered the appeal struck from the docket. It further decided that no fees or costs would be collected.
Withdrawal of the appeal renders the proceedings devoid of object; the court strikes the case from the docket and may order that no court fees or expenses be levied when no further adjudication is required.
