The appellant challenged a State Council resolution approving amendments to the zoning plan of the Municipality of __________. At the hearing on 4 March 1997, the appellant declared that he was withdrawing the appeal. The Planning Tribunal therefore found that the case had become moot, struck the appeal from the docket, and ordered that no taxes or costs be levied.
