Résumé

The Ticino Territorial Planning Court dealt with an appeal against a government resolution approving amendments to a municipal zoning plan. At the site inspection on 24 August 1995, the appellant declared that it was withdrawing the appeal. The court therefore held that the case had become moot, struck the appeal from the docket, and ordered that no fees or costs be collected.
