Résumé

The municipality appealed a State Council decision concerning the adoption of a planning zone for semi-connection works. Before the Tribunal of the planning territory could rule on the merits, the municipality withdrew its appeal by letter of 26 January 2001. The court held that the case had become moot, struck the appeal from the roll, and ordered that no fees or costs be collected.
