The appellant challenged a State Council resolution approving certain zoning plan variants for a municipality. Before the Tribunal for territorial planning, the appellant’s representative withdrew the appeal by letter of 28 October 1996. The court held that the case had become moot and ordered the appeal struck from the docket. It further decided that no court fees or costs would be collected.
