The Municipality appealed the State Council’s approval of the municipality’s zoning plan. Before the Tribunal of the Territorial Planning, the appellant withdrew the appeal by letter of 24 July 1996. Withdrawal of appeal; mootness of proceedings. Where the appellant withdraws the challenge, the appeal becomes devoid of object and is struck from the roll. In such circumstances the court may order that no court fees or costs be charged.
