In an appeal concerning IC/IFD 1993/1994, the appellant withdrew the appeal by letter of 29 January 1996. The Tax Chamber of the Court of Appeal held that the filing had thereby become moot and ordered the case struck from the docket. It further decided that no court costs and no justice fee would be levied.
