The Tax Chamber of the Cantonal Court of Appeal dealt with an appeal concerning the quantification of a legal mortgage. After the appellants notified the court that they were withdrawing the appeal, the court held that the case had become moot and ordered it struck from the roll. Relying on Art. 181 cpv. 2 LT, it further decided that no court costs or justice fee would be levied.
