sedente per statuire sull’istanza 20.12/23.12.2004 presentata da

IS 1

tendente ad ottenere l’autorizzazione a ricevere copia della decisione __________ emanata dal presidente della Corte delle assise correzionali di __________ a carico di PI 1, __________, in relazione alla sua richiesta __________ di prestazioni d’invalidità;

premesso che l’istanza è stata trasmessa a questa Camera per competenza, da parte del Tribunale penale cantonale, l’11/12.1.2005;

preso atto del preavviso favorevole 17/18.1.2005 del procuratore pubblico Antonio Perugini, che si rimette in ogni modo al giudizio di questa Camera;

rilevato che PI 1 non ha presentato osservazioni;

preso atto che, con scritto 10/15.6.2005, l’istante ha ritirato la domanda;

considerato che di conseguenza la stessa può esser stralciata dai ruoli, senza carico di tassa di

giustizia e spese;

visto l’art. 27 CPP e ogni altra norma applicabile,

decreta

  1. L’istanza è stralciata dai ruoli a seguito di ritiro.

  2. Non si prelevano tassa di giustizia e spese.
