contro

la decisione 17 ottobre 2000, no. 4555, del Consiglio di Stato, che gli riconosce solo parzialmente le pretese avanzate dall'insorgente in tema di riesame dello stipendio;

preso atto che il 20 dicembre 2000 il ricorrente ha comunicato di ritirare la petizione;

considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;

decreta:

  1. La petizione è stralciata dai ruoli.

  2. Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
