The appellants challenged local traffic regulations concerning the placement of sign 2.16, maximum weight 3.5 t, on parcel no. 1612 in Camorino. Before the administrative court ruled on the merits, the appellants notified the court that they were withdrawing the appeal. The Tribunal cantonale amministrativo therefore struck the case from the docket and ordered that no court fees or expenses be taken.

la decisione 30 agosto 2005 (n. 4160) del Consiglio di Stato, che ha respinto i gravami presentati dai ricorrenti, rispettivamente da __________ ed __________ __________, contro le prescrizioni locali emanate dal municipio di Camorino concernenti la posa del segnale 2.16 peso massimo 3,5 t sul fondo n. 1612 RFD di __________;
preso atto che con scritto 5 dicembre 2005 i ricorrenti hanno comunicato di ritirare il ricorso;
considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;
decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
