The appellant challenged a municipal building permit, upheld by the Cantonal Government, before the Ticino Administrative Court. Contro
la risoluzione 26 agosto 2003, n. 3634, del Consiglio di Stato, che respinge il ricorso 30 giugno 2003 dell'insorgente contro la decisione 23 giugno 2003 del Municipio di __________, con la quale veniva rilasciata alla signora __________ la licenza edilizia per la sopraelevazione dello stabile al mapp. n. __________ RFD di __________;
preso atto che il 22 ottobre 2003 il patrocinatore del ricorrente ha comunicato di ritirare il ricorso;
rilevato che la resistente si è avvalsa del patrocinio di un legale iscritto all'albo, per cui si giustifica la corresponsione di un'indennità per ripetibili;
considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;
decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
Il ricorrente rifonderà l'importo di fr. 500.- alla resistente a titolo di ripetibili.
