The appellant withdrew the administrative appeal lodged on 17 March 2003 against the State Council's decision of 25 February 2003 concerning a consortium waterworks credit. The Ticino Administrative Court therefore considered the proceedings exhausted and struck the appeal from the docket. It also ordered that no fees or costs be charged. The decision was issued by President Lorenzo Anastasi with the assistance of Secretary Leopoldo Crivelli.

preso atto che il 12 giugno 2003 il patrocinatore della ricorrente ha comunicato di ritirare il ricorso;
considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;
decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
