The Ticino Administrative Court dealt with an appeal against the Cantonal Government's decision upholding the municipality's refusal of a permit to build a 10-apartment building. la decisione 27 agosto 2002 del Consiglio di Stato (n. 4052), che respinge l’impugnativa presentata dall’insorgente avverso la decisione 26 aprile 2002 con cui il municipio di CO 4 gli ha negato il permesso di costruire uno stabile di 10 appartamenti sulla part. n. 6226 RF;
preso atto che il 16 dicembre 2004 il patrocinatore del ricorrente ha comunicato di ritirare il ricorso;
considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;
decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
La tassa di giustizia di fr. 300.- è posta a carico del ricorrente.
