The appellants challenged a State Council decision imposing disciplinary fines of CHF 100 each for violating electoral legislation. On 21 October 2002 they withdrew the appeal. The Administrative Court therefore held that the proceedings were exhausted, struck the appeal from the docket, and ordered that no court fees or expenses be levied.
Withdrawal of an appeal; striking out of the case from the docket follows once the appellants expressly withdraw the remedy, the proceedings thereby becoming moot. la decisione 9 luglio 2002 del Consiglio di Stato (n. 3440) che infligge ai ricorrenti una multa disciplinare di fr. 100.- ciascuno per violazione della legge sull'esercizio del diritto di voto, sulle votazioni e sulle elezioni;
preso atto che il 21 ottobre 2002 i ricorrenti hanno comunicato di ritirare il ricorso;
considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;
decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
