la risoluzione 9 aprile 2002 (n. 1643) del Consiglio di Stato, che ha respinto l'impugnativa presentata dall'insorgente avverso la decisione 21 dicembre 2001 del Dipartimento delle istituzioni, Sezione dei permessi e dell'immigrazione, Ufficio dei permessi, in materia di rilascio di un'assicurazione di massima per l'ottenimento della patente per affittacamere;
preso atto che con scritto 26 febbraio 2003 l'Ufficio dei permessi ha comunicato di aderire al ricorso;
considerato che nulla osta all'accoglimento del gravame;
decreta:
1.1. la decisione 9 aprile 2002 (n. 1643) del Consiglio di Stato;
1.2. la risoluzione 21 dicembre 2001 del Dipartimento delle istituzioni, Sezione dei permessi e dell'immigrazione, Ufficio dei permessi.
1.3. gli atti sono rinviati al Dipartimento delle istituzioni, Sezione dei permessi e dell'immigrazione, Ufficio dei permessi, affinché rilasci all'insorgente l'assicurazione richiesta.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
