statuendo sul ricorso 15 marzo 2001 di

patr. da: avv. __________

contro

la decisione 19 dicembre 2000 (no. 5750) del Consiglio di Stato che nega al ricorrente il rinnovo dell'incarico quale collocatore presso l'Ufficio regionale di collocamento di __________;

ritenuto che in occasione dell'udienza 20 settembre 2001, dopo discussione, il giudice delegato ha proposto alle parti la seguente transazione:

"- lo Stato dà atto al ricorrente che il rapporto di impiego non è cessato per motivi a lui imputabili;

  • lo Stato verserà al ricorrente la somma di fr. 2'865.20 come al calcolo prodotto dallo Stato;

  • ll tribunale cantonale amministrativo stralcia il ricorso dai ruoli senza spese e senza ripetibili";

rilevato che le parti hanno accettato la proposta seduta stante;

considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;

decreta:

  1. Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli per intervenuta transazione.

  2. Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
