The Ticino Administrative Court, sitting through its president, dealt with an appeal against a five-month driving licence revocation ordered by the circulation authority and upheld by the State Council. la decisione 18 settembre 2001 del Consiglio di Stato, no. 4405, che ha respinto l'impugnativa presentata da __________ avverso la decisione 9 agosto 2001 con cui la Sezione della circolazione gli ha revocato la licenza di condurre per la durata di cinque mesi per avere guidato in stato di ebrietà;
preso atto che il 12 dicembre 2001 la patrocinatrice del ricorrente ha comunicato di ritirare il ricorso;
considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;
decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
