The appellant challenged the State Council's decision concerning a special use authorization for cantonal public domain issued by the Department of the Territory. Before the cantonal administrative court, the appellant withdrew the appeal on 18 October 2001. preso atto che il 18 ottobre 2001 la ricorrente ha comunicato di ritirare il ricorso;
considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;
decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
