Résumé

The Ticino Administrative Court dealt with an administrative appeal filed on 26 September 1999 against a decision of the State Council. Before judgment, the appellant’s representative informed the court on 18 October 1999 that the appeal was being withdrawn. The court therefore held that the proceedings were exhausted and ordered the appeal struck from the docket. It further decided that no court fees or costs would be collected.
