Résumé

The appellant challenged the State Council decision confirming the municipality’s refusal to notify a winter-garden construction at a specific parcel in __________. Before the administrative court ruled on the merits, the appellant withdrew the appeal on 15 January 1999. The court therefore held that the proceedings were exhausted, struck the appeal from the docket, and ordered that no court fees or costs be collected.

preso atto che in data 15 gennaio 1999 il ricorrente ha comunicato di ritirare il ricorso;

considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;

decreta:

  1. Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.

  2. Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
