The Ticino Administrative Court dealt with an appeal against a State Council decision revoking a driving licence. After the appellant’s lawyer notified the court on 16 June 1999 that the appeal was withdrawn, the court held that the proceedings were exhausted and struck the appeal from the docket. It also charged the appellant with the expert fees of CHF 1,289, which had already been invoiced directly to him.

considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;

decreta:

  1. Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.

  2. Le spese di perizia di fr. 1'289.--, già fatturate direttamente al ricorrente, sono a suo carico.
