The cantonal administrative court dealt with a request for review seeking to block enforcement of a demolition order concerning unauthorized works on a parcel in a Ticino municipality. Before the court ruled on the merits, the applicant’s lawyer informed the court on 3 September 1998 that the application was withdrawn. The court therefore struck the matter from the rolls and ordered the applicant to pay a court fee of CHF 100.

decreta:

  1. L'istanza di revisione è stralciata dai ruoli.

  2. La tassa di giustizia di fr. 100.-- è a carico dell'istante.
