The appellant filed an appeal against a State Council decision concerning a public establishment operating license. Before the administrative court ruled on the merits, the appellant’s counsel informed the court on 24 July 1998 that the appeal was withdrawn. preso atto che in data 24 luglio 1998 il patrocinatore del ricorrente ha comunicato di ritirare il ricorso;
considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;
decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
Non si assegnano ripetibili.
