The Ticino Administrative Court dealt with an appeal against a GIAR decision confirming immigration detention ordered for removal under Art. 13b(1)(c) LDDS. preso atto che in data 3 settembre 1997 il patrocinatore del ricorrente ha comunicato di ritirare il ricorso;
considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;
decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
