The appellant challenged the Cantonal State Council’s decision confirming a municipal order to suspend works and submit a regularization building application. At the site inspection hearing on 19 May 1998, the appellant withdrew the appeal. The Administrative Court therefore held that the proceedings were terminated and struck the case from the docket. It also ordered that no court fees or costs be levied.
Withdrawal of the appeal at the hearing; the court declares the proceedings exhausted and strikes the case from the roll. In the absence of a continuing dispute, no substantive adjudication is made. Where the proceedings end by withdrawal, the court may order that no fees or costs be charged.

preso atto che in occasione dell'udienza di sopralluogo 19 maggio 1998, su proposta del Giudice delegato, la ricorrente ha dichiarato di ritirare il ricorso;
considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;
decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
