The appellant challenged a municipal employment-related decision and the State Council’s rejection of his appeal. During the proceedings, counsel informed the administrative court that the municipality had closed the administrative inquiry after a prosecutorial dismissal order of 15 October 2001. The appellant therefore asked that the appeal be struck from the docket as moot. The president of the Ticino Administrative Court agreed, held that the proceedings were exhausted, and ordered the appeal removed from the roll without any court fees or costs.

la risoluzione 13 febbraio 1996, no. 600, del Consiglio di Stato che respinge il ricorso 5 settembre 1995 dell'insorgente avverso la decisione 31 agosto 1995 del municipio di __________ in materia di rapporto d'impiego;
rilevato che con scritto 29 novembre 2001 il patrocinatore del ricorrente ha comunicato che il municipio di __________ ha chiuso l'inchiesta amministrativa a seguito del decreto d'abbandono 15 ottobre 2001 del Procuratore Pubblico;
ritenuto quanto sopra ha chiesto lo stralcio del ricorso dai ruoli poiché divenuto privo d'oggetto;
considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;
decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
