The appellant challenged the State Council’s inadmissibility decision concerning completion of a sewer pipeline in an industrial zone. la decisione 23 ottobre 1996, no. 5407, del Consiglio di Stato che dichiara irricevibile il ricorso presentato da __________ interposto contro la decisione 8 gennaio 1996 del municipio di __________, relativa alla completazione della posa della canalizzazione facente parte del progetto di evacuazione delle acque meteoriche nella zona industriale J1 a __________ fino al pozzetto no. 4;
preso atto che in data 10 dicembre 1997 l'insorgente ha comunicato di ritirare il ricorso ritenuto che le ripetibili sono state oggetto di separato accordo extra-giudiziario;
considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;
decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
Non si assegnano ripetibili.
