The Ticino Administrative Court dealt with an appeal against a State Council decision concerning a building permit in amnesty proceedings. After the appellant’s representative informed the court on 12 April 1995 that the appeal was withdrawn, the court held that the proceedings were terminated. It therefore struck the appeal from the docket and ordered that no fees or costs be charged.
