le decisioni 6 aprile 1993 (n. 2547) e 20 dicembre 1994 (n. 11462) del Consiglio di Stato;
preso atto che in occasione dell’udienza di sopralluogo, dopo ampia discussione, su proposta del Giudice delegato, le parti sono addivenute alla seguente transazione:
"1. i signori __________ e __________ i ritirano il ricorso 14 aprile 1994 contro la decisione 6 aprile 1993, no. 2547 del Consiglio di Stato;
il signor __________ si impegna a mantenere pulito il pollaio e ad ospitarvi al massimo 6 galline, 1 gallo e 8 conigli ev. un tacchino;
i signori __________ ritirano il ricorso 16 gennaio 1995 contro l'ordine di demolizione 18 ottobre 1994 del Municipio di __________;
il Municipio di __________ revoca l'ordine di demolizione/ripristino 18 ottobre 1994;
il Tribunale cantonale amministrativo provvederà allo stralcio delle cause senza spese e senza assegnazione di ripetibili.
considerato pertanto che i procedimenti sono così esauriti,
decreta:
I ricorsi sono stralciati dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
