The Comune appealed a 7 June 1995 decision of the Ticino State Council concerning the establishment of a school consortium. Before the administrative court ruled, the appellant informed the court on 6 July 1995 that it was withdrawing the appeal. The Tribunale cantonale amministrativo therefore held that the proceedings were exhausted, struck the appeal from the docket, and ordered that no court fees or costs be levied.
