The Patriziato appealed a State Council decision that had upheld a third party’s challenge and ordered the patrizial office to register a family in the fuochi register and voters list. Before the administrative court, the appellant withdrew the appeal on 1996-09-13. The court therefore struck the matter from the docket and decided that no fees or costs would be charged.

preso atto che in data 13 settembre 1996 il ricorrente ha comunicato di ritirare il gravame;
considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;
decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
